MIni pepperoni pizzas ~ SUPER easy and always a hit!!!

We kind of came up with this about 3 years ago and always forget about it. The kids really love it and they can even make their own!

Ingredients to buy:

Great Value Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups) - $1.86

2 pkg english muffins (whole wheat 6 per package) - $2.00 each=$4.00

Great Value Pizza Sauce (1 jar) - $1.00

Mini pepperoni - $2.98

Makes 24 mini pizzas

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Separate the english muffins (split in half) an lay out on baking sheet

3. Spoon sauce on each

4. Place a few pepperoni on each

5. Sprinkle with cheese

6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted

You can do any variation on these, we have added peppers, olives, etc.

Price for this meal is $9.84 ($1.23 per person)! Way cheaper than Pizza Hut!
